A charming pink–washed 19th Century Fisherman’s Cottage, sleeps 4, ideally located close to the beach, pubs, shops and Pier.

Ground Floor
- The front door opens into a spacious open–plan Living Room with comfortable seating, flat screen TV, DVD and video recorder. Beyond is a good sized dining area with a gate legged dining table and chairs offering plenty of space to seat four comfortably.
- A door leads into a well–equipped Kitchen with a four–ring electric cooker, integrated grill and oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, toaster and kettle.
- Through the Kitchen is the Bathroom, comprising full–size bath with shower over, WC and wash hand basin.
- From the Kitchen a stable–door leads outside to a secluded, sunny Courtyard with patio table and chairs. In the corner a shed can house bikes, push chair etc. From the Courtyard there is rear access to the front via the back gate (for emergency use only).
- From the Dining Room a door opens to the staircase (handrail both sides) leading to two bedrooms.
First Floor
- Upstairs the south–facing front Bedroom is light and airy and overlooks St James Green and views out to sea. There are twin
- 3’ beds and plenty of under–bed and cupboard storage.
- The back Bedroom, which affords an imposing view of the Lighthouse, has a double 4’ 6 bed with under–bed and cupboard space.
