23 North Parade
Situated on the sea front between the pier and the lighthouse, 23 North Parade is a large, Victorian terraced house which offers spacious accommodation for families or groups of up to 12 people. It is a traditional family house which retains many period features and is fully furnished and equipped for normal modern holiday requirements.
All bedrooms are well–furnished and have plenty of storage space. We provide duvets, pillows, blankets and bedspreads, but ask you to bring your own sheets, pillow cases, duvet covers and towels. All rooms on the ground and first floor are centrally heated and there are electric heaters in the bedrooms on the top floor.
The Local Area
The town centre with its many lively pubs, individual shops, theatre, galleries and restaurants is five minutes walk from the house. Summer and winter, Southwold has charm and style and 23 reflects both.
