Features
All of the accommodation is fully centrally heated.
We ask our guests to respect our no smoking policy.
One well behaved dog welcome (indoor dog cage available on request).
All bed linen and towels are included within price tariff, but please bring your own beach towels.
We are able to offer partial occupancy rates. Please call for details.
Weekend breaks and short stay lets are available out of season. Please call for details.
£100 deposit will secure your booking – balance due eight weeks before arrival date
Heathward Cottage
Heathward is a centrally located, yet secluded, semi detached cottage for up to 8, just off the picturesque village green. It has lovely sea views and is only a 2 minute walk to the beach.
The Local Area
Walberswick is a small, pretty village just over the river Blyth from the well known town of Southwold. Walberswick has a range of local shops and pubs as well as hosting the British Annual Crabbing Championships every summer.

Ground Floor
  • Generous Lounge with two large leather sofas, bay window seating, widescreen TV, video and DVD player, selection of videos, DVDs, books and games.
  • Large Kitchen/Diner with fitted kitchen units, pine welsh dresser, cooker, microwave, fridge freezer, mini hi–fi system and high chair. There is seating for 8 around the large central table.
  • Off the Kitchen is a Utility Room with washer/dryer, iron and ironing board.
  • Large Bathroom with bath, washbasin, separate shower cubicle and W.C.
First Floor
  • The upper floor is accessed by a staircase with upper and lower child gates.
  • Master Bedroom with solid brass king size bed, pair pine bedside tables, chest of drawers, wardrobe and additional cupboard. A light airy room with picturesque views over the village green.
  • Bedroom two with pine bunk beds, chest of drawers and cupboard with hanging space.
  • Bedroom three with 2 single pine beds and chest of drawers.
  • On the landing is a W.C. with hand basin.
Outside
  • The Garden Room is a self contained annexe in the garden. It has a pine double bed, wardrobe and en–suite shower room with W.C. and handbasin.
  • Large patio area with seating for 8 and a gas BBQ.
  • Lawned area with bench seat.
  • Front garden with bench seat.
  • Private parking for 4 vehicles.
