There are three grades of Suffolk Holiday Cottages membership available, Basic, Premium and Ultimate. Below is outlined what facilities you get with each membership package. Basic membership is free and all memberships are unlimited, the only requirement being that you own or run at least one self catering holiday cottage in Suffolk.

Basic Membership
Basic membership is free, and very simple to set up. With this you get your own cottage page for each Suffolk cottage you own. For each seperate cottage you will have the ability to upload 3 of your own photos as well as edit and update your own text relating to your cottage and its surrounding area. You also have the ability to add your own price guide and easily link your new SHC page. These features are then put together to form your own cottage webpage which you can update at any time and from any where!

Basic members will be automatically featured in our cottage search pages, you will have emails from your page forwarded securely to your email address (with a tried and tested method for keeping your email private and removing spam enquiries) and you will be able to record details of who looks at your page and how often with up to date statistics available from your members control panel.

Premium Membership
Premium Membership has all the features and facilities that a Basic Membership provides, as well as having a number of additional features, such as a map link on our range of Suffolk maps for each of your properties, the ability to upload upto 6 photos per property, where the original full sized images will also be displayed in a custom dynamic photo gallery. As well as this you will be able to add a PDF document (such as a booking enquiry form, etc) to your web page for visitors to download and return. Use our own online Availability Calendar and you can show visitors when they’re able to book your property. The availability calendar is easy to use and update via your members control panel.

Ultimate Membership
Unlimited memebership – as the name implies – has everything a Premium Member recieves, and much more. You will have no limit on the number of photos you can upload, and they will be displayed on the page and in your own dynamic photo gallery. You will be given top placement on our search listings, appearing before Premium and Basic members on searches that include your property. You will be able to upload a range of PDF documents for visitors to read and use. Your page will be advertised across the SHC website (for example, on the front page) as well as across our other Blythweb sites.

As well as all this, you will be able to choose a name for your cottage page, for example www.www.suffolk-cottages.com/yourcottagename which will make your page appear much higher up Google rankings and increase your visitors.
